Refunds are made simple and easy at Love Trick. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel your order immediately and refund your purchase before it is shipped out.

Once an order has been shipped and delivered to your address, and the products are not to your satisfaction ... it is possible to refund your purchase, as long as the following conditions are met:

• The products are not used or damaged, and sealed and in original packaging
• The products are shipped back to Love Trick HQ 

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we will do our best to evaluate all return requests. Once our team has received the returned products and validate that the returned goods have met our criteria, we will then issue a refund.

Please do not return items that have been used, and expect a refund. We are more than happy to communicate with you to establish the validity of your product return/refund request.
